Winter
Whimsies began several years ago when some of my family and
friends encouraged me to bring my whimsical creations to a
larger market.
Growing up in a family endowed with artistic abilities,
especially my mother, a gifted seamstress, I soon developed a
style of my own. It is with great pleasure that I have been able
to capture ideas from my imagination, fashion them from fabric,
clay, wood and glue and bring them to you so that you may enjoy
them for many Christmases to come.
The ideas for my ornaments
and decorations usually come from you, my customers,
who make those special requests for a unique gift.
Once an idea is conceived I may use a variety of mediums to
bring it to life.
I chose fabrics, wooden shapes, paint and bakable polymer clay.
Cotton polyester stuffing without fillers is used in all stuffed
items.
These ornaments and decorations
are not toys and should be kept out of the hands of small
children.
Longevity of these handcrafted
items can only be enhanced by storing them in a cool dry place.
